“We had installed two SeaBreezers into our attic space and WOW what a difference it made. The upstairs rooms of our two storey house, were very stuffy and hot. The difference was really noticeable. We are very happy with the SeaBreezer and would happily recommend it to all.”

Sue - Illawong, NSW, AUS

“We had the WD SkyVent installed in our bathroom two years ago. Before, our windows and mirror were continually fogging up and there was water dripping off our windows.  Now, we leave the unit venting all year round and it has solved our condensation problems!  Thanks very much ESA! We would recommend your products to anyone.”

LW - Mt Albert, Auckland, NZ

“The SeaBreezer works a treat. Our coastal home feels fresh and healthy all year long..”

Richard - Collaroy, NSW, AUS

Having seen the WDV3000 on the "New Inventors", I was very keen for this product to be commercialised.  I now have 2 units on my house, with plans to add another two shortly.  Three main features captured my attention during the show:

- 1) The WDV3000 does not have to rotate continuously with the breeze.  In my mind this is a big plus, as there will be minimal wear on bearings;

- 2) The WDV3000 allows light to enter the roof cavity.  This makes roof cavity negotiation simple.

-3) The WDV3000 allows for the continuous evolution of warm air from the roof cavity, even in the absence of a breeze.

The benefits of natural ventilation and daylighting to wellbeing and productivity are now well known. There have been many indoor air quality (IAQ) issues associated with older poorly designed buildings including, moulds, fungal spores, condensation, dustmites and asthma. Newer airtight buildings have in many cases exasperated these issues leading to higher CO2 levels and other air contaminants being trapped inside buildings.

Utilising natural ventilation and daylighting principles is a science that ESA understands. ESA is committed to providing low cost, sustainable building solutions and improvements. By combining science with low cost options, our product range will continue to provide innovative sustainable solutions for our customers.

How we can help

Products developed by ESA are designed to enhance Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) by utilising low cost natural means, bringing daylight inside to dark recessed spaces and providing natural ventailation for the removal of stale/contaminated air.  The combined effect reduces the formation of condensation, moulds and fungus and reduces artificial light dependency.

The innovative SeaBreezer attic vent allows daylight and ventilation into the attic space, helping to reduce condensation, keep insulation dry while utilising natural air flow via advanced wind extraction and improved stack and buoyancy characteristics for nil wind conditions. The revolutionary WD SkyVent with its combined function allows light and ventilation into any room of the house.  Now that is smart!

All this with no running costs! These products will save you energy, help protect your assets, protect the environment and save you money $$.

The perfect combination: a SeaBreezer for the attic space and a WD SkyVent for the bathroom!  See our combination specials today!
